Since my back injury Tom has been great providing me with a bespoke 12 week plan to get me back in the shape I was before the injury and to further improve. Each session is tailored in a way to build strength and fitness while removing unnecessary strain on my back to reduce repeat injury. Very professional and very good knowledge highly recommend!
